Chinese Enrichment Classes in Choa Chu Kang
EduGrove’s Choa Chu Kang centre at SAFRA CCK offers Mandarin enrichment programmes and tuition classes for students from as young as one, up to 16 years. All tuition lessons follow the MOE syllabus and can include structured preparation for PSLE, O-level, and N-level Chinese exams.
EduGrove’s award-winning methodology is built around active learning and participation, not traditional memorisation. During classes, teachers use drama, role-play, word games, and class discussion activities to help students engage with and grasp the language, practicing conversation, pronunciation, and comprehension.
Founded in 2013, EduGrove has been voted the best Chinese enrichment centre by parents seven years in a row. We’ve helped 99% of our students improve by at least one grade in Chinese, and 50% of previously failing students achieve a passing grade.
Whether for playgroup, O-level preparation, or just to help your children build a love of the language, book a trial lesson at the Edugrove Choa Chu Kang centre today.
Our CCK Chinese Tuition Centre
EduGrove’s Choa Chu Kang Chinese tuition centre is located in SAFRA CCK within Choa Chu Kang Park. Our fully air conditioned centre features classroom seating arrangements as well as open play areas for interactive sessions. Parents can attend playgroup sessions with their children and receive updates from our teachers after each class, so they can follow their child’s progress and keep the learning going at home.
Each class is capped at 12 students so our teachers can give every child adequate time and attention. We also specialise in teaching students from international schools and non-Mandarin-speaking families.
SAFRA members enjoy a waiver of the registration fee ($54) when they sign up at our Choa Chu Kang centre.

Why Parents Trust EduGrove for Mandarin Learning
EduGrove’s Mandarin teaching methodology is all about making the language fun to learn and relatable for students. Unlike traditional methods of teaching Mandarin that rely on short-term memorisation, our programmes use activities that help students pick up the language organically through practice and exposure.
Our classes include role play scenarios, vocabulary games, debate topics, presentations that trigger natural recall and help students apply new keywords confidently. EduGrove teachers also introduce elements of Chinese culture such as stories and songs to foster a genuine interest in Mandarin.
Alongside these activities, our curriculum covers all commonly tested keywords and every component of the PSLE and O-level papers. Our teaching staff includes former MOE-syllabus writers who understand the curriculum inside out.
